One-Day Liver Cleanse Workshop

Within 5 hours of starting I noticed while he was doing energy work on me how my feet were getting pinker and more youthful. The next morning I woke up with two obvious benefits:

1) My ability to smell increased dramatically. I generally do not smell something until it is very close to me. I woke up wondering what all the smells were that I was noticing; what a wonderful opportunity to re-explore the wonder of aromas.

2) My cravings for certain foods were gone.

The third time, I was tired for 2 days. I noticed a sensation that my palms feel like there is a natural lubricant that had diminished. This continues now.

We should have enough things put away to have the next Crystal Bowl meditation on December 6^th. I enjoyed doing this with a couple of people.

I want to thank Sharra McDearmont founder of Psychic Pathways. She is what I call a Spiritualist. She’s a teacher, healer and Psychic. She came with her wonderful family to do a house blessing for our home and our Center. I especially enjoyed the concept of us writing down our intent while in this home and burying it in the pot of the plant she brought. Our intent will become a part of a living plant. Such a fabulous idea I had never heard of.
