Using the word God
I used to have a reaction when someone said ‘God’. I would feel myself cringe somewhat physically. The largest reaction was a recoil of my energy as if I was closing and lowering myself in a form of
protection.
When I first found Religious Science and realized that as its base it is a learning organization that believed the same way I had developed within myself.
BUT the minister and others were saying ‘God this’ and ‘God that’. I had already been through the personal process of removing the throne and the lightning bolt from my old christian way of seeing God
sitting in judgment of me and my life. Therefore I could not understand these people giving thanks to God and doing this strange form of prayer.
I slowly began to realize that they were saying that God is the Energy of Life, the Source of Life,
